People above are docents for folly project and staff memembers from gwangju biennale. we had a great tour in Yanglim-area where has beautiful modern architectures, natural scenes, religious relics and traditional houses.

Do you see her left side of the chest? This is a symbol of Sewol ferry disaster. (I still can’t believe over 300 students and people died with sinking of the ferry. so sad, I can’t explain how i was depressed with an incompetence of Korean government) Anyway, this woman, a daily docent for our yang-lim dong tour, was so amazing. because she might understand her job is a part of public figure who has a responsibility.

There is a traditional house designated as being of cultural value in Yangrim-dong, We went to Lee-jangwu’s House where still saves historical heritages, things and a formation of modern-traditional house.

Then we moved to other places. one of our members, Minki is reciting a poem written by HyunSeoung Kim. I definetly will go back to Yanglim-dong again with my people! again. So lovely, warm-place. These days there a lot of things happen like new urban planning project or urban regeneration in Yanglimp-dong I hope people don’t ruin old things for new things. ‘New’ is now always good.
